Uni 20-04-2015 - Guidance on working time, rest time

According to official letter No. 1290/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:

• Continuous working 8 hours: continuous working 8 hours in term of time (including time of shift- off is working time).
• Off within working time is applied when organizations working continuously (3 shifts, each shift 8 hours; 4 shifts, each shift of 6 hours). Current law does not stipulate the off time of lunch to include working time, only stipulating  the working time at least 30 minutes for day shift and 45 minutes for night shift. Break time is included in working time.
• The company decided new shift to 2 shifts: first shift from 6 hours to 15 hours, second shift  from 11 to 20 hours, break time of 01 hours is not included working time as regulations of Labor code 2012
